Are we able to make ourselves and people around us happy and less stressful in our daily lives? Are we able to take good care of ourselves or to even pause to look back at ourselves and the situations we are facing? Let us come together and learn how to recognize, accept and transform the unpleasant and difficult issues and/or relationships in our life journey.
In this retreat, we will have the chance to learn teachings and practices of mindfulness to cultivate peace and happiness, inspiration and insight, which are already existing in us.

2025 Educator Retreats
Happy Teachers Will Change the World.
Please join us at Plum Village Hong Kong “Happy Teachers Will Change the World” an educator retreat for both experienced and beginning meditators. This retreat is open to educators, school managers and administrators from elementary through college. During our time together, we shall learn how to build a supportive environment in the workplace and the art of mindful communication – loving speech, deep listening and how to reconcile with others.

Sunday Day of Mindfulness
Sunday Day of Mindfulness is led by the monastics of the Asian Institute of Applied Buddhism (AIAB) to integrate mindfulness into daily life. Every Sunday, we can enjoy the happiness of being present in the moment through a series of mindfulness activities. In addition, practicing together as a sangha is an enjoyable experience and strengthens our practice.

Friday Night Practices
Friday Night Practices are “lite” mindful practices in town and online. They include singing meditation, sitting meditation, walking meditation, passage reading, and dharma sharing. Through each practice after a busy week, we hope to generate collective energy that brings healing and transformation within ourselves and the community.
Also from August onward, we will move to a new place for the in-person practice. Details are going to be announced soon.

Monday Night Practices
The youthful Wake Up Group will continue to have Monday Night Practices at the Flower Market. The practices are conducted in Cantonese, and the upcoming sessions will be on:
