The Face to Face Ceremony for the Bhikkhuni The annual 3-month monastic summer rain retreat at AIAB, will be started on Sunday May 26, 2024 to August 25, 2024. To mark the opening of the Rain Retreat, Sunday Day of Mindfulness will be adjusted as follows: 10:00 Walking Meditation 11:00 Face to Face Peaceful Dwelling Ceremony 12:30 Lunch 13:45 Total Relaxation 15:00 Tea Meditation / Farewell You are welcome to join us for the Day of Mindfulness and for the opening of the rain retreat. Please note that there is no Children Program and no Introduction for New Friends sessions. If you are first time to join us, please enjoy your breathing and smile, and follow the flow.
